CANCELLATIONS & amendments

As a small business, I rely on my bookings to operate, and any cancellations can have a significant impact on my business. Therefore, I have a cancellation policy in place so that I am able to continue providing My services and maintain my commitment to all of my clients who book.

I understand that plans can change and therefore you may need to cancel a booking. So therefore cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time, there will be no charge, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.

​

For cancellations made within 72 hrs hours of the scheduled booking time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost, and the remaining 50% of the payment will be refunded to you.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time or fail to show up for your booking, there will be no refund of your deposit or payment.

Please note that in the event of a cancellation, I will do my best to fill the cancelled booking slot with another client, and if I am able to do so, I will refund any cancellation fees that were charged.

Please note the date of your wedding can be changed if I have availability for your new date. If I do not have availability you will loose your deposit.

Amendments to your booking:

​

Services cannot be changed 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. You may add services on but you cannot deduct any services.

My minimum booking is Bride +3. Spaces can be filled by someone else ie guests. If the spaces cannot be filled than you will still be billed.
